It has 8 - 1" chrome-plated locking bolts to prevent pry attacks on the door. This safe has received a 30-minute fire rated, tested at outside temperatures up to 1200 degrees F. A Securam UL Listed Electronic Lock is standard to set for your combination. 

The outside of the Browning TG18 Theftgard Series Gun Safes is painted a nice textured charcoal finish. The lock, handle, and Browning Logo come in a black finish. The handle is a drop-style handle that allows you to open and close the door easily. It will hold up to 18 long guns inside, plus 3 handguns on the door. Browning includes a Lifetime Warranty for break-ins, attempted break-ins, and fire, just like on their high-end gun safes. There is also a 5-year warranty for the lock and paint.
