This Cadco CMLB-CSLP Buffer Warming Cabinet comes with everything needed to run an efficient buffet operation. It has a large 28" x 14" stainless top warming surface and a lower cabinet which can be used as a food or plate warmer. Its two variable controls keep temperatures safely within 155° to 205°F. Each of its two half-size steam pans hold over 30 four ounce servings, while its one third-size steam pan holds over 20 four ounce servings a piece. This CMLB-CSLP has three clear polycarbonate sneeze guard and four non-skid feet.
