The 1800H-ECX Houdini cooling unit is designed to "disappear" inside - or atop - the cellar. Dual independent variable-speed fans offer flexibility to trade-off between super-quiet operation vs maximum performance.

Although the cooling units are rated for various size rooms, the thermal load may require a larger sized cooling unit. Thermal load may be affected by glass in the cellar, room positioning or other factors. Please let a Rosehill Wine Cellar rep make some suggestions for you if needed.

CellarPro's 1800H-ECX cooling unit (1/5 Ton Nominal) is the first cooling unit designed specifically for glass-enclosed wine cellars, and uses energy-efficient variable-speed EC fans for maximum performance. Features include:
*Assuming R19 insulation throughout the cellar, 55F inside the cellar and 85F outside the cellar.
The cooling unit plugs into a standard wall outlet. The components of the cooling unit draw 3 amps, and the electric outlet on the side of the cooling unit also is rated for 3 amps. We recommend using a surge protector rated at 15 amps or more.
