The Grindmaster-Cecilware B-SAP is a digitally controlled brewer. It has precise temperatures, keeping coffee between +/- 1°F during the complete brew cycle. its pulse brewing / pre-infusion allows the brew sequence to extract up to 20% more dissolved solids per batch of coffee. It has a low temp / no brew setting which allows the brew cycle to begin only after the water has reached the optimum brew temperature. The programmable lock-out setting ensures the brewer settings can be "locked" to prevent tampering. This B-SAP has pour-over capabilities. It automatically converts to pour-over mode when the inlet valve does not sense water.
