Maintenance Tips

• Daily Cleaning:

  • Empty the drip pan as needed and wash it daily with dish detergent.

  • Rinse the whipper chambers by activating the rinse switch (located to the right of the dispensing valves when the door is open) to the ON position. Dispense one to two cupfuls until the water runs clear. After cleaning, return the rinse switch to the OFF position

  • Remove the hoppers, clean them thoroughly, and refill with fresh product.

• Weekly Cleaning:

  • Disassembly:

    • Open the door and remove the mixing funnel shroud by pulling it forward while turning it one-quarter turn to the right. Lift it off and set aside.

  • Sanitizing:

    • Prepare a sanitizing solution according to local health department regulations.

    • Remove the whipper chamber by rotating it one-eighth turn to the right and pulling it out.

    • Remove the mixing funnel by lifting its neck out of the whipper chamber, tilting it to the left, and pulling it out of the white ring while holding the water inlet fitting on the back panel.

    • Clean all removed parts with the sanitizing solution, rinse, and air dry.

  • Reassembly:

    • Reinstall the mixing funnel by aligning its large opening upward, tilting it slightly to the left, inserting the water inlet pipe into the fitting on the back panel, and rotating it to the right until seated.

    • Reinstall the whipper chamber by positioning the medium-sized opening upward, tilting it one-eighth turn to the right, placing it over the whipper blade, and turning it left until it locks.

    • Replace the whipper blade by aligning its flat side with the motor shaft's flat side and pushing it firmly into place.

    • Reattach the mixing funnel shroud by placing it on the mixing funnel with its opening to the right, turning it left until it rests inside the back panel's opening.
