The Winston workstation also offers some advanced ergonomics, giving you a larger range of height adjustment than the typical converter (with the keyboard going up to 18.4" high), and allowing you to adjust your monitor height and tilt separately from your keyboard.  The Winston also includes extra large work surface with space for your keyboard, mouse, and a few extras (phone, notebook, coffee, etc).
