Originally designed by Poul Henningsen in 1931, the PH 2/2 Question Mark Table Lamp by Louis Poulsen features the renowned three-shade system, known as System PH. This iconic design uses three mouth-blown glass shades to deliver soft, glare-free light, making it perfect for creating a warm ambiance in any room.
With its name deriving from the curvature of the stem, the petite table lamp has a characteristic form and an adjustable lamp head that can rotate 45 degrees wherever direct light is required.
Until the mid-1950s, the PH 2/2 Question Mark Table Lamp was made of brass and available with colored glass shades in amber, red, or yellow, as well as the classic opal glass. To honor this and Henningsen’s fascination with color and light, the PH 2/2 Question Mark Pale Rose Table Lamp was created.
Materials
Mouth-blown, pale rose, four-layered glass. Glossy on the outside, sandblasted white on the inside. Socket housing, shade holder, stem, base, and switch: Untreated brushed brass with fine hairlines.
Cord Type
