High Performance Food Processor

This variable speed blender-mixer features a 3 HP motor giving it the power to soften, purée, and liquify both raw and cooked meals to perfection. With speeds between 300 and 3500 RPM, it’s ideal for hospitals, nursing homes, day cares or nurseries, and even restaurants that need a powerful and dependable food processor.

The Blixer 5 V.V. can prepare 3 to 18 7-oz portions and process up to 7 pounds of food per batch. A magnetic safety system and thermal failsafe are also built in to this machine to prevent injury and protect the operator’s hands and fingers from the extremely sharp and fast-moving blades.

Two finely serrated, stainless steel “S” blades allow you to chop through tough meat and vegetables in seconds, even in small amounts.

Unique and Durable Design

This heavy duty machine features a 5.5 Qt stainless steel bowl with a handle for a better grip. The transparent polycarbonate lid makes it easy to see the contents of the bowl and monitor food while processing. The lid is high heat and shock-resistant and comes equipped with a bowl scraper and lid wiper that prevents food from getting stuck to the sides, while giving you a clear view at all times.

Each component is dishwasher-safe and can be removed from the machine allowing them to be easily and thoroughly cleaned every day.
