The Vulcan C24EA6 electric floor model steamer has two stainless steel cooking compartments. Each cavity can accommodate one 6-inch-deep pan, two 4-inch-deep pans, three 5-inch-deep pans, and six 1-inch-deep pans. Since the interior corners are coved, food particles and other messes will not get caught in the small spaces. The stainless steel steam generator has a staged water fill and timed drain setting. Each compartment has its own 60-minute timer, allowing users to prepare different products simultaneously.

With its heavy-duty door construction, the Vulcan C24EA6 electric floor model steamer withstands frequent use in commercial establishments. The door latch mechanisms have a gasket guard that keeps steam inside to retain heat. To provide durability and resist corrosion, the exterior of the steamer is made of stainless steel. It is lifted off floors with 6-inch adjustable legs, making it easy to clean under the unit.
